Before you buy a new product, it's very helpful to check out that product's reviews. But sometimes the reviews say more about the reviewer than anything else. 

In their hearts, many boomers just want to be helpful, but by God, they have a hard time figuring out technology. Many of them treat the option to review a product as a command.

"Did not order the product, so no comment," one person here wrote. Another answered a question with, "Sorry, can't help you with that question." Then why did you leave a comment, Mary?

Combine those reviews with the inexplicable urge to share a selfie instead of a product photo, and you have the crux of why everyone makes fun of boomers online.
